Profile

The person who gets it shipped

I work in the space between a marketing plan and the thing that actually goes live: the catalogue that has to import cleanly, the checkout that has to survive a back button, the campaign that has to read right in three languages.

That has meant coordinating with BMW Group Germany and Accenture on premium automotive rollouts, holding four national markets at once for a B2B health brand, and — most recently — rebuilding SEO catalogues and test coverage for a French marketplace and its sister e-commerce site.

I'm looking for a team where multi-market work is the norm rather than the exception. Luxury beauty, wine and spirits, and marketplace growth are where I want to point the next eight years.

Six things worth showing

06
NaturaBuy · Ardent Pêche/ QA strategy

Test coverage for a regulated marketplace

103 scenarios for NaturaBuy covering arms-category compliance, KYC, the NaturaPay wallet and two-factor authentication. A further 86 scenarios across 11 families for Ardent Pêche, including cross-site session transfer through a custom PrestaShop multi-store module.

NaturaBuy/ Search relevance

Fixing internal search without touching the code

Edit-distance matching on Search Console query exports surfaced the misspellings quietly costing the most traffic. Delivered as a five-step manual correction process a non-technical team runs on its own each month, with a workbook that colour-codes what to fix first.

NaturaBuy/ Checkout audit

The payment defects nobody had written down

A UX and QA review of the buy-now-pay-later checkout: modal validation failing silently, payment selections lost on back-navigation, carts emptying mid-flow. Written up as reproducible defect sheets the product team could pick up the same week.

BMW & MINI Tunisia/ Premium automotive

Two premium brands, one local market

Digital marketing for BMW and MINI in Tunisia, coordinated with BMW Group Germany and Accenture — campaign rollout, brand guideline compliance, and adapting global assets for a market that reads them differently.

Afro-Pharma · Swisscontact/ B2B & institutional

Four markets, two very different audiences

Digital strategy and content for a B2B health brand operating across four international markets, each with its own regulatory tone. In parallel, communications for a territorial development programme — turning field work into material that lands with donors, institutions and local producers at the same time.

What I do

Where I'm useful on day one

SEO, AEO & GEO

Technical and editorial SEO for large catalogues, with an eye on how AI answer engines choose which source to quote.

Marketplace & e-commerce

Catalogue structure, imports, merchandising and checkout — the unglamorous parts that decide the revenue line.

QA & release testing

Scenario libraries, regression passes and defect sheets a developer can reproduce without asking a follow-up question.

Paid media & CRM

Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns wired into a CRM, so the pipeline is something you can look at rather than assume.

Content & social

Editorial calendars, brand teardowns and LinkedIn content that earns attention without raising its voice.

Measurement

Search Console, GA4 and honest pre/post windows with control groups — results that survive the seasonality question.
